Configuring
Outlook Express for Mac OS

1.
Start Outlook Express as normal.

2.
Click the “Tools” menu, followed by the “Accounts
option. The “Accounts” window will appear.

3.
Click the “New” button in the toobar. The “New
Account
” window will appear.

4.
In the “Account Type” box, make sure “POP
is selected and click on the “Ok” button. The
Edit Account” window will now appear.

5.
Enter “Domaincheck Email Account” in the “Account
Name
” box. Enter your full name and new email address
under the “Personal Information” section as shown.

6.
Under “Account ID” enter the username you have
been given to access your mailbox. Put a tick in the “Save
Password
” box and enter your password in the entry box
next to it.

7.
Enter pop3.zebrahosts.net
in the “POP Server” box and smtp.zebrahosts.net
in the “SMTP Server” box. Click the button marked
Click here for advanced sending options“. A
window like the following will appear.

8.
Tick the “SMTP server requires authentication
box, and make sure “Use same settings as incoming mail
server
” is selected.

9.
Click the small square in the top left hand corner of the “Advanced
sending options” window. Click “Ok” in the “Edit
Account” window and close the “Email Accounts” window
– Your new email account is now setup and ready to use.
